I'm still not sure "Disclaimer" is a good title for what you are reading now, sounds a bit too serious... but hey, some things have to be said 🙂
So, let's start with the most important part, at least for me...

• All pictures on this website are © Eric Verbiest (yep, that's me) and as such are not free to download and/or use without my written permission. (If you steal my pictures, be sure I will hunt you down 😉)

That being said, If you want to use one or more of my pictures for non-commercial purposes, just contact me to further discuss your project. Most of the time a correct attribution and/or a link back to my website are more than enough to make me happy.
On (too) rare occasions people are asking me if my pictures are for sale... What do you think? Of course they are 🙂 You will earn the eternal gratitude of my hungry children when you buy one of my pictures!

Oh yes, 1 final point... if you made it to this point you probably guessed English is not my native language. As I didn't use google translate, they're even worse than me, you can only blame me for any error or poor use of the language...
